   Hear Hear! i second that motion.All in favour of this new 11th commandment &   
   that it be made law say AYE.All opposed NAYsay.(barbarians?who..   
   uspiciously... agree with torture?) CIVILISATION OR BARBARISM?    
      
   Torture atrocities has become so commonplace it's a regular daily announcement   
   by the media.Cant just sit by & let it continue unchallenged.Even other   
   prisoners are unsafe if these predatorial stalkers who have less feelings than   
   robots are caught &    
   incarcerated.Then they feign rehabilitation & are released from prison well   
   before completing their sentences only to re-offend.    
      
   These warped vile cruel inhuman sadistic brutal mutilating painfull chemical   
   poisoning psychopaths just,like the sensual spirit is willing but flesh is   
   weak live for sex,...well they live to hurt & kill others & far as im deeply   
   concerned mainly for    
   women children & old & incapacitated & helpless vulnerables, grievous bodily   
   harm & murder should be lawfully punishable by death as they dont deserve to   
   coexist with humans    
      
   I've had it with having risk life & limb walking down mean streets    
      
   The "11th Commandment THOU SHALT NOT TORTURE" is same category as "DO UNTO   
   OTHERS    
   AS YOU WOULD HAVE DONE    
   UNTO YOURSELF"    
      
      
   Unless someone can convince me of a better way i cant wont & mustnt resile   
   from my    
   position of capital punishment for    
   psychopaths who    
   brutally torture & kill & this law sternly & strictly enforced in all   
   countries    
   would prevent the rise of brutal sadistic regimes    
   with murderous Nazi like Hitler-ian dictators who, utterly dismissive of   
   morality    
   & humanity, turn entire countries into total control    
   zones    
   by way of encouraging & condoning bullying torture degradation & murder on   
   genocidal scale to suppress populations as if it's    
   a hobby/game & normal power trip    
   behaviour    
      
      
   Im going for global legislation of capital punishment because turning the   
   other cheek is futile regarding the hateful    
   hurters, the murderous torturers, the    
   detestable vile sub human lowlife psychopaths.    
      
   Have you also had it having to risk life & limb traversing Mean Streets?    
      
   Then have THE 11TH COMMANDMENT *THOU SHALT NOT TORTURE* MADE INTO DEATH
