   Where is the value of 'Provisional Tax' to large or small business or   
   government & PUNTERS WHO BUY SHARES??? Surely it is a prime factor in a long   
   sad suicidally tragic trail of BANKRUPTCIES!!!    
      
   **Provisional tax is not a separate tax but a way of paying your income tax as   
   the income is received through the year. You pay instalments of income tax   
   during the year, based on what you expect your tax bill to be. The amount of   
   provisional tax you pay    
   is then deducted from your tax bill at the end of the year. If you had income   
   tax of more than $2,500 to pay at the end of any tax year you may have to pay   
   provisional tax for the following year.*    
      
   IN OTHER WORDS IT'S #DOUBLE TAX#    
      
   & THE PROVISIONAL TAX YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE FOLLOWING    
   YEAR YOU DEDUCT THE AT THE END OF THAT FOLLOWING YEAR    
   BUT TROUBLE IS YOU THEN HAVE TO PAY PROVISIONAL TAX FOR THE NEXT FOLLOWING   
   YEAR......SO IT'S FINANCIALLY THE DOG CHASING IT'S TAIL & IT'S NOT WORTH IT   
   GOING INTO BUSINESS BECAUSE NONE CAN THRIVE ON SUCH A MEAGRE NON PROFIT    
   MARGIN?
