   The guy who ran me on to the shoulder on the Atlantic City Expressway at   
   70 mph needed to work on his leg-steering skills.   As he drifted in to   
   me from the center lane, I saw that he had the phone in one hand, was   
   dialing with the other hand - while staring intently at the phone.
