   Do you even read what you write? First you claim assumptions are   
   ill-advised, then you turn right around and claim that your assumption that   
   accident rates must rise if cell phone use is a factor is legit! Pure   
   insanity! Critical thinking is not your forte, clearly.

   Your claim that cell phone use outweighs all other factors isn't proven and
