   There is no elephant. You are hallucinating. The fact remains: accident   
   rates are determined by many factors unrelated to cell phone use. No matter   
   how many times you repeat your assertion that accident rates would be   
   higher if cell phone use were a factor, you cannot change that fact. Your   
   argument is a failure.
