   I still am one of the few people who use "vi" on both Windows & Linux,   
   so, I'm very familiar with muscle memory (I also type extremely fast).   
      
   And, I own a high-end vehicle, so, yeah, there are *lots* of buttons   
   on my steering wheel.   
      
   But, a ham sandwich and a hot coffee aren't yet embedded into the   
   steering wheel, so, people still have to take their eyes off the   
   road in order to drive, even in this day and age.
