   This is true.   
      
   Let's say we believe all those 'studies' that show cellphone use   
   to be dangerous.   
      
   Then, let's say that a *lot* of people have cellphones, and, we   
   make a leap of faith that they're actually using them while   
   driving.   
      
   If that's the case, the accident rate *must* go up, because that   
   is an *overwhelmingly* huge number.   
      
   If it's *not* an overwhelmingly huge number, then all those so-called   
   studies are not showing what happens in the real world.   
      
   Pick one.
