   For the first time, your argument made sense because it was a sensible   
   argument.   
      
   Just as people are killed by gunshot wounds, people are certainly killed   
   and injured by accidents where the driver might not have had that accident   
   had that driver been a better driver.   
      
   You'll notice that not once (until this post) have I mentioned "injuries".   
      
   The reason is that cellphones actually *save lives* (as you must be aware)   
   once that accident occurs.
