   bad comparison because changing a radio station takes almost no time t   
   all. a proper comparison would be if someone asked you a yes/no   
   question and you answered and that was the end of the conversation.

   not all cars have buttons on the steering wheel and of those that do,   
   not everything can be controlled from there.

   when's the last time you heard about banning makeup application or   
   eating food while driving? now compare that to banning cellphone use.
