Hordes of idiots show crap that *proves* [sic] it for them,        but, upon even a circumstantial inspection, *all* of the        references they have quoted do *not* show anything of the        sort. This is the kind of stuff that makes me worry for        mankind - because - apparently - people *are* that stupid!              2. I can easily show US Census Bureau data, compiled over the        past 50 years, that does *not* show any increase whatsoever        in the accident rate (in fact, the opposite is shown, but        that's a detail).              3. Nobody. Nobody. I'll repeat. Nobody has yet shown any        proof whatsoever that there is an increase in the accident        rate before, during, or after the meteoric rise in cellphone        ownership in the USA.              If you, or anyone can actually shown an increase in the accident       rate in the United States, that would be useful data.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
