   I'm as old (or older than you), which means we both have been driving for   
   about 50 years, at about 15K miles a year for me, in all kinds of east coast   
   and west coast weather and traffic conditions (but always with RWD vehicles).   
      
   Not a single (moving violation) ticket for me (I did get a fixit ticket   
   for putting my license-plate tags on crooked though and don't get me   
   started on parking tickets taking my kids to college in the olden days).   
      
   Not a single accident. Never even hit a mailbox or guardrail or other   
   object (except running over nails and screws getting a flat).   
      
   No animals killed (saving for a few crawling types such as newts which   
   cover the road around here after a good winter rain).   
      
   I have also taken driver education classes (for the bike though), which   
   most bikers take every few years.   
      
   So, I'm considered a "good driver", at least by my insurance company!   
      
   Fancy that!
