   This is true. I don't know where Patty lives, but I'm currently   
   in California, where the defroster is used mostly as a defogger.   
      
   Point is, the steering wheel can't hold the many scores of   
   distractions that someone encounters on a single drive.   
      
   Anyone who says so, has to compare the number of buttons   
   that a steering wheel can possibly hold to the number of   
   typical eye-off-road distractions in the daily drive.
