   You have to realize that I've been careful to mention only cellphone   
   ownership and accident rates (not accidents, not injuries, not fatalities)   
   throughout this argument.   
      
   Since I'm human, I may have slipped up a couple of times in   
   my ad hoc responses, but, I'm very clear on the data:   
      
   1. We know very well that cellphone ownership is near 100% in the USA;   
   but we can *never* know what the use rate is while driving.   
      
   2. We know very well what the accidents are in the USA, and the   
   US Census Bureau figures out the miles driven (probably from gas tax   
   and or other data); but we can *never* know which the distracted   
   related accidents are.   
      
   3. I've been doing all this for the USA because we don't have   
   as reliable data easily available to us for the other countries.
