shown a repeated inability or unwillingness to comprehend the data. And
you don't understand basic concepts like correlation and causation.

Irrelevant since the accident rate is determined by other factors
unrelated to cell phone use. The reason you are fixated on total
accident rate is because it's the only way you can claim cell phone use
while driving is perfectly safe, which is a lie.
