   That's what I assumed he was talking about, but couldn’t reconcile   
   that with his comment about 'ignorant of'. Couldn’t see that it   
   matters if you were ignorant of breakaway signs or not except   
   in the sense that you might choose to run into one instead of   
   a car coming in the other direction at a much higher relative   
   speed or something like that.
