   But I would say the same thing applies - although fewer car drivers seem   
   to play the game....  It seems like virtually all truck drivers do   
   though.   
      
   This, of course, is in the USA.   
      
   I didn't see it in Germany... but that made sense because you can always   
   dive right back into the lane you came from because you know that nobody   
   will ever, under any circumstances, be passing you on the right.
