   I'm not the one saying cellphones have *any* effect on the accident   
   rate (they don't). You may as well say people wearing black socks   
   have an effect on the accident rate.   
      
   I don't have to prove it; it's already obvious in the record.   
      
   The onus is on the people who *claim* that cellphones are dangerous   
   to produce a single bit of proof.   
      
   They are the ones who need to figure out what the use is, not me.   
   They're the one's *claiming* that cellphones have an effect on the   
   accident rate. Not me.
