It seems like virtually all truck drivers do       > though.              I taught my kids how to drive years ago.       I'm almost ready to teach my grandkids how to drive.              You can bet that, while we're on the road, I will *point* to two trucks,       one overtaking the other, and I will tell them what to look for, as I have       done with my kids when I taught them, and I will let them see for themselves       what the truckers do.              That's how I taught my kids, who, to this day, flash the truckers when       the trucker overtakes them and wants to pull back in, and they thank the       trucker when they do the same.              I also taught them how to read mile markers, so they know what direction       they're going in less than a mile on any interstate.              And I taught them which direction to go when they suddenly see those       orange and white constructions signs (and the orange and black chevron).              I taught them how to tell which exit is the A exit and which is the B       exit (which depends on which direction you're going).              And lots of other things.       I've never had an accident, and, my kids haven't had an accident yet!              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
