   The Rodney King thing was when?   1991?  1992?....   
      
   Now it's been something like 20 years that police have been on notice   
   that they just might be on Candid Camera.   
      
   How dense does somebody have to be to not get that message and shoot   
   some guy sixteen times in the back..... or blow away some kid that's 25'   
   away, not a threat, and obviously intoxicated ?   
      
   I wonder if IQ tests would help....
