   Yes. You are correct.   
   But my point was that the MAC *is* unique darnit.   
   That's bad for privacy to have a unique number.   
      
   I'd much prefer Jeff's suggestion of changing it, but he explained   
   that it's not as easy as just cloning the WAN MAC address is.   
      
   Sigh.   
      
   Changing the SSID monthly is looking better and better.
