   I'm confused.   
   Those instructions look like the Linux instructions for changing the   
   wlan0 NIC (which is easy to change the MAC address of).   
      
   Since your router runs Linux, I'm confused if those Linux commands   
   were run *on* the router or on the linux desktop/laptop computer?
