   I don't profess to be the expert but I *think* the problem isn't   
   what *you* do, but what your stoooopid neighbors do.   
      
   Assume they have everything set at the default, then I think what   
   people are telling us is that our neighbors are throwing us under   
   the bus by associating *their* GPS location with *our SSID/MAC*.   
      
   Since they must be within a few hundred feet in order to even *see*   
   our SSID/MAC, then essentially their GPS location is our GPS location.
