   THIS IS A GREAT OBSERVATION!   
      
   I generally use Firefox as my browser, but I was *not* clearing cookies   
   after periodically deleting and creating a new Google Play Account!   
      
   Here's what I just added to my privacy repertoire!   
      
   Firefox: HardMenu > Settings > Privacy > CLEAR PRIVATE DATA > Clear now   
   Firefox: HardMenu > Settings > Privacy > CLEAR PRIVATE DATA > Clear on exit =   
   yes   
    "Firefox will automatically clear your data whenever you select "Quit"   
     from the main menu."
