See. This is your *real* problem. Your wanting to get something
    for nothing attitude.

Nothing is free in this world.

Google is a business. And business needs to make money. Google
provides loads of free stuff, but their product is you. Customer
data is what they use in order to make advertising as profitable
to their real customers: the advertisers.

You can try to circumvent it, but as you're seeing, it's so
ingrained in everything they do that it's essentially
    futile.

If you were serious about 'privacy' you wouldn't use anything
Google related. There are plenty of products that do what you
want. However they are invariably not 'free'.

Or, you can continue this 'stoopid' charade of trying to beat
Google. You ain't gonna win. They have more smarts, more money
and more ability than you'll ever have Alice/Paul/Joe/etc
