   The two Huawei U2800A phones I use came in GO Phone boxes and accepted SIMs   
   of H2O (a mobile virtual network operator that uses ATT towers) and also   
   SIMs from Orange of UK. So those phones come unlocked, whether the sellers   
   know it or not.
