   Our phone have legacy contracts from UK's Orange called Virgin OVP which is   
   a post-paid contract with zero minimum or monthly standing charge. While in   
   Europe the per-call costs are quite high but we keep our numbers for free   
   while we are in the USA so the overall annual costs are very modest.
