   Look at Consumer Cellular. They resell both AT&T and T-Mobile at better   
   prices than direct and no contracts. AARP members (age 50+) get 5%   
   discount. SIM $10 bought local and full rebate so free to start or they   
   will send you a SIM if order on line or by phone.  The sell iPhones for   
   downpayment and monthly add without interest but not yet offering 7.
