      Nope. While Rod - understandably - gets sick of your ignorance/   
   cluelessness/stupidity - and hence uses less diplomatic wording -, he   
   *is* correct!   
      
     You limit yourself to the *carriers* (network providers) and Google Fi   
   (assuming that Google is not a carrier), but ignore the multitude of   
   *resellers*, which are mentioned in the very same references which *you*   
   provided. Ignoring the bulk of the material in your own references is   
   rather silly, don't you agree!?   
      
     The only reasonable conclusion is that you don't know the difference   
   between a carrier and a reseller and that your severe case of Dunning-   
   Kruger effect makes you emit gratituous insults instead of asking   
   questions.   
      
     So if you're looking for someone to blame, look in the mirror [1].   
      
     BTW, did you already do the VOIP over WiFi test without the SIM?
