   I have Wifi Analyzer (farproc) version 3.9.11-L and it does *not* ask
   permission for Location. It only asks permission for Storage:

   "App-machtigingen" = Apps Permissions
   "Opslagruimte" = Storage

   (I have a Nexus 5X, Android 7.0, it has "App ops" built-in.)
