   Why is it that of all consumer platforms, only iOS doesn't have an official   
   Tor Browser for privacy?   
   o Is it that Apple won't allow the app to be on the App Store?   
   o Or is it that Apple won't allow the calls that a privacy browser needs?   
   o Or is it simply that iOS is always the last platform for privacy based apps?
