   It's ok if you don't the answer for sure - as nobody whispers in our ears.   
   o I'm curious if you have experience on what is "normal" in such cases.   
      
   Note: Here's one instance where "nospam", if he can keep his adult hat on   
   his head, perhaps can edify the rest of us. If nospam acts like an adult in   
   his response, if any, as always, I will faithfully mirror implied intent.
