   When I went to sign up for a cell phone, I asked to get a Party Line. I   
   recall years ago, we had a party line on our home phone and it cost   
   considerable less than a dedicated line.   
      
   I was told that they do not offer a party line cell phone. I guess they   
   are only interested in getting as much of my money as they can, and they   
   do not have any plan that will save us money.   
      
   Needless to say, I did not sign up for their service and I left without   
   further delay. I am looking for other cell phone companies in my area,   
   which will hopefully have a party line plan.   
      
   Have any of you had a party line cellphone? If you did, what was the   
   monthly bill? Did you have to sign a contract?
