   A skimming of the news today seems to indicate this fact & logic.

   a. 5G technology is being rolled out this year by the carriers...   
   b. 5G technology is being rolled out this year on Android phones   
   c. Modem technology is one of the most critical components of a phone.   
   d. Qualcomm is well ahead of Intel on modem technology   
   e. Apple's "spat" with Qualcomm denies Apple that edge in modem technology   
   f. Apple "bet" on Intel 5G modems; but Intel is clearly behind Qualcomm   
   g. Apple tried to strike a deal with Samsung for their 5G modem technology   
   h. And Apple tried to strike a deal with MediaTek for 5G modem technology   
   i. Apple is spending "hundreds of millions" on designing their own modem   
   j. That may take a long time (if ever) as it's a huge gamble for Apple   
      
   Question for intelligent adults on this ng:   
   Q: Do you concur with that sequence of critical related circumstances?

   Overall, it appears logical these two statements supported by facts above:
