I have read all what you wrote,
but snipped it to keep the response short.

It is interesting, that such a short my response,
written with neutral point of view as reply to nospam
would cause such an involved reply.

The difference is the key for existence of pros and cons.

   Pros and cons are relative,
even if some tends to look like absolute.

If all people thought something falls into cons,
it would not be ever designed and used,
unless it was unintended consequence of other decisions.

It may happen the view of pros/cons
may dramatically differ between the vendor, the developers and the users.

It is the similar case as the class of general questions
   what hardware/software/whatever
    is better/best.

   There is no single answer,
as it is not the attribute of objects themselves,
but of the relation of objects and people.

Note that I have no experience with iOS devices
and I do not take any side.

I do think Android is better for me,
but it is my personal decision
   not being pushed to anybody.
