   blacklisting doesn't do much since spammers often spoof a different   
   number each time they call. whatever number you blacklist today will   
   never be used again.   
      
   worse, they spoof legitimate nearby businesses because they know people   
   will answer and are highly unlikely to blacklist them.

   that doesn't matter. spammers auto-dial entire exchanges and your   
   cellphone number is likely on numerous lists anyway.
