   they do not. it's actually the other way around. the cost to offer   
   internet is negligible versus paying licensing fees for the various   
   channels.

   sometimes a customer can call and threaten to cancel and they'll find   
   another promo, but not always. they know they're the only game in town   
   for most people and people will suck it up and pay no matter what the   
   price is because there aren't any alternatives.
