Are any (which ones?) older Android phones essentially at risk of being
bricked like the older iOS phones & iPads are on November 3rd due to coding
bugs unable to handle apparently typical GPS Week-Rollover issues? (AFAICT)
etc.
Also, if you have more information WHY this is a risk, please edify us.
