   I currently use H2O for service with seldom used devices such as spare   
   backup phones, SMS activated switches etc. These plans cost $9 per 90 days   
   and those $9 amounts actually remain and are rolled-over in case any use of   
   service is ever called for. Can anyone suggest any better alternatives for   
   this type of service having an active phone number with little or no use?
