   Interesting concept but you neglect to realize that when you own   
   something like an Apartment building and you rent an apartment, you own   
   it and you have responsibility to the renter as well... you can't go in   
   while they're NOT home and drink their beer and eat their food, or toss   
   all their stuff on the lawn without due process.   
      
   What makes you think the baby in the uterus doesn't have squatters   
   rights and require due process to have them legally removed based on   
   their health and their agreement with you to live there as they have for   
   the past years.... and inside your uterus...  remember the baby is the   
   egg and the egg came from the ovaries via the fallopian tube so it has   
   been living there from the time the ovaries developed.  It's NOT that   
   the baby just climbed into the the uterus through the vagina and moved   
   in without any notification, there's only one virgin birth I ever heard   
   of and that's still in dispute 2000 years later. That egg has been there   
   for 15 to 40 years, all it needed to grow was rest of the DNA... the   
   other 23 chromosomes.
