   Yes but was he vaccinated...  does his blood carry the same graphine   
   crystals as the vaccine.  Was he part of some MK-ULTRA dark intelligence

   police fingers? And if New York de-funding the police created this mess   
   does the Federal Government need to be there trying to take over and
