   Perhaps the Democrats should have tried to get it passed by making it   
   $20 Billion for the Southern Border FENCE and stopping the flood of   
   illegals and $20 Billion to help Ukraine and no money changes hands   
   until the FENCE is 100% complete.  And illegal Border crossings are less   
   than 100 per day.  Then the money would be transferred to Ukraine on a   
   monthly payment plan and only on months that have have less than 100 per   
   day crossing the Border every day of that month.   
      
      
   Like Ronald Reagan said, when it comes to someone who considers you   
   their enemy like Democrats consider America to be their enemy, you TRUST   
   but verify. SO make sure that the Democrats can count to 100 before they

   The only way to fight the STAGFLATION would be to shrink the size and   
   taxing and spending of the Government combined with raising the interest   
   rates to their NATURAL self determining rates rather than the FAKE   
   INTEREST RATES created by the DEMOCRATS under Obama/Biden-2008 and
