   *The next rule of SURVIVAL CLUB* is   
   173 - If a marriage license/law can *NOT* tell you who *you* *must*   
   *engage* *in* *marriage* *with* depending on their sexual identity   
   (Because it's unconstitutional) how can a business license/law tell you   
   *who* *you* *must* *engage* *in* *commerce* *with* depending on their   
   sexual identity?  Is it or isn't it UNCONSTITUTIONAL for government to   
   use a license/law to mandate or limit participation depending on sexual   
   identity...? The governments decisions can't flip flop depending on the   
   type of license.   
      
   That would cause a contradiction in their own USSC precedence opinion.   
   The government has made that a total absolute ban on using licenses and   
   laws for banning or mandating sexual identity being used in the license   
   process and use, and so the people would have to add specific Amendments   
   to the Constitution to carve-out the particular places where a license   
   would be allowed to violate that CIVIL RIGHT. It's NOT a case by case   
   item to be handled in the courts because it's a Constitutional issue and   
   that would cause each case to have to be individually handled by the   
   U.S. Supreme Court to set a new precedence for each case.   
      
   That isn't a manageable system so the Constitution tells you that you   
   have to have all or none and then limit the specific type of license in   
   the U.S. Constitution to the types of sexual identity interaction in a   
   new Amendment for each type of license or each law to limit sexual   
   identity interaction either allowing or denying that action for each   
   specific enumerated sexual identity since they are all different and all   
   require a specific carve out. And that makes a all inclusive sexual   
   identity impossible since the original license bans any government   
   involvement in the use of sexual identity in the use or in obtaining the   
   license.  You have Pedophiles and Polygamists and Incestuous which are   
   sexual identities that can't marry a child or more than one or their own   
   blood line... so you see the problem with all inclusive licenses that   
   say all sexual identities can or can't marry and since you have to name   
   them then you have to name them on a Constitutional level where the   
   Constitution banned them, a law can't create a constitutional carve out.   
   It has to be a Constitutional Amendment for each GOVERNMENT carve out to   
   allow the government to have the powers to over ride the Supreme Court   
   decision that a "license or law" can't mandate or ban it's acquisition   
   or use based on sexual identity.
