   own defenders with those weapons.  Even their private security carry the   
   best modern survival and defense guns that are made.   
      
   Which must mean they consider them arms.... and yes they're all "arms"   
   and are the same ones that  "The RIGHT of the people to keep and bear   
   arms" is labeling arms.   
      
   Congress and their DOD and their Secret Service and other security and   
   self defense operations are using arms.  And no Congress and the States   
   powers do NOT include the power to regulate those arms.   
      
   You don't like it then repeal the Constitutional Amendment that says we   
   have the RIGHT, but it still won't remove the unalienable RIGHT to keep   
    and bear those arms, because the Constitution and the United States   
   never created that RIGHT of the people to keep and bear arms.  The RIGHT   
   to keep and bear arms predated the United States.   
      
   If you remove the RIGHT to life in the 5th Amendment it still doesn't   
   allow the United States to summarily execute human life because there is   
   that pesky unalienable RIGHT to life that still exists   
      
   Amendment V   
   No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous   
   crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in   
   cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in   
   actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be   
   subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or   
   limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness   
   against himself, *nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property* ,   
   *without* *due process of law* ; nor shall private property be taken for   
   public use, without just compensation.   
      
      
   All that Amendment 5 does is tell the United States that the ONLY way   
   they get to take a human life or your liberty or property is after due   
   process has been achieved and there is your carve out of power to the   
   United States, they can do those things provided they meet the due   
   process clause.   
      
   Whare is that clause telling the United States they can regulate the 2nd   
   Amendment RIGHT of the people to keep and bear arms?   
      
   It actually only allow property to be taken *after* due process.  So a 3   
   day waiting period is unconstitutional and needing a licence or permit   
   is unconstitutional.   
      
   What you want is for us to become your slaves and for Democrats to hold   
   all the political power that comes form the barrel of a gun, and then   
   you can steal the elections and no one can stop you. What you want is   
   for us to become the Democrats slaves and for your guns and vaccine   
   passports to be the chains and shackles....  You want to rebuilt the old   
   Democrats model of Slavery called the Confederacy, with new and modern   
   technology and make it NATION WIDE with anyone who isn't of the same   
   mind and cult as you, being the slaves.
