   and it should also contain the word violence or violent and having   
   threatened and or conspired to engage in it during a felony or committed

   class of felony known as the violent-felony, for which a seperate level   
   of punishment or sentencing that ads properties that directly address   
   the violence, thus splitting the felonies into two parts violent and non   
   violent so that people committing process crimes and other non violent   
   crimes don;t lose their RIGHTS except while serving their sentence of   
   both restricted travel and/or confinement and parole/probation and any   
   kind of an additional 5 year ankle bracelet monitoring.
