   Well there is but they called it a PELL GRANT... whereby you go apply   
   for it and they send it to the college or what ever institution you   
   signed-up to attend and is accredited and in the Federal student   
   subsidy/loan program and get you free money or a loan that joe Biden   
   uses to buy votes by somehow unconstitutionally declaring that they   
   don't have to pay their loan and make it a new tax on Americans that   
   have to pay it...? Don't taxes have to begin in the House of   
   Representatives... which means that Biden is creating a tax on WE THE   
   PEOPLE without following the tax clause in the Constitution.  So what   
   about all the people who did pay their student loans and/or defaulted   
   and it ruined their credit or life, is it fair to them?   
      
   Shouldn't Joe Biden buy them a HOUSE or a TESLA electric car or something?   
      
   Seems to me they're college age adults getting A FEDERAL SCHOOL VOUCHER!
