   NO abortion is NOT on the ballot because you can't pass a law to create   
   a RIGHT and there is no U.S. Constitution RIGHT to abortion and one   
   can't be created without an ARTICLE 5 amendment that violates the RIGHT   
   to life and liberty.   
      
   Passing a an Amendment to create a "right" that never existed before the   
   Constitution would NOT be creating a RIGHT, it would be creating a CIVIL   
   LIBERTY.   
      
      
   Killing human life has never and will never be accepted by the human   
   race as a HUMAN RIGHT or UNALIENABLE/INALIENABLE RIGHT because you   
   aren't created with a RIGHT to kill other defensless humans to make your   
   life more acceptable to you.   
      
   It's NOT just selfish and narcissistic it's also sociopathic and
