   Are Space-X rockets secured by the 2nd Amendment and Elon Musk's RIGHT   
   to keep and bear arms since the United States Government has decided to   
   declare them a weapon?   
      
   Or can ONLY the GOVERNMENT own a rocket?   
      
   We know that Democrats believe that POLITICAL POWER COMES FROM THE   
   BARREL OF A GUN which is a metaphor for "the ability to kill anyone who   
   would express dissent"   
      
   And isn't the DOD declaring the rockets a Military weapon or "Arms".   
      
   As in the RIGHT of the people to keep and bear arms?   
      
   Which begs the question of whether the rockets are "arms" or weapons but
