   I was unaware that the illegals were following the immigration laws when   
   they were being smuggled into the United States in a Tractor Trailer   
   that was breaking laws by carrying people in the trailer without proper   
   ventilation and permits to carry human trafficking across borders and   
   State lines?   
      
   Which makes me ask why those laws were at fault if the laws were NOT   
   being followed?
