   Sodomy as RAPE is a crime...  consensual as sexual preference, isn't   
   rape and is NOT really a government power since it's NOT in the   
   Constitution and is denied to the States as per the 4th Amendment RIGHT   
   to be secure in your person...  they would need a warrant and witnesses   
   to your sexual acts so unless you make a video or take pictures or   
   engage in it in public... how will they know?   
      
   Just like trying to force gay marriage or gay ideology or gay religion   
   on me is NOT the Governments delegated power.
