   Water or acid... or a nerve agent in a chemical attack, you can't tell   
   the different so when someone is throwing things at you or others in an   
   attack and an argument, it's called assault. And when you protect   
   yourself or family it's called self defense and the jury will decide who   
   was attacking who, and maybe the prosecutor needs to either have a good   
   case for murder and NOT try to make it about RACE or political   
   propaganda, or about mental illness and show a pattern of violence by   
   one or the other person involved in this particular altercation.
